Responsibilities: 

• Work with Sourcing Director and the local teams to define and implement brand sourcing strategies, evaluate and identify business opportunities to meet with business objectives.
• Developing new brands / products in line with company strategies, budgets and category directions.
• Sourcing new vendors and maintaining long-term relationships with them as well as existing vendors.  Maintain and update the vendors database and find alternative vendors if needed.
• Negotiate contracts and supports with vendors while maintaining the highest code of ethics and conduct.
• Work extremely close with internal departments and vendors on product development from concept stage to launch in market.
• Assisting in the overall continuous improvement in efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a team of sourcing professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business / Marketing or related disciplines.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in sourcing or merchandising, specifically in Health & Beauty trading industry.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
• Strong negotiation skills with solid analytical background.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English.
• Immediate available is an advantage.
