What you’ll do

• Handle the daily operation including monitoring of move, maintenance and cleaning services
• Assist in managing team to ensure quality of services being delivered to clients and meet the agreed SLA and KPI
• Ensure the administration and support services are delivered in compliance with client’s policies and procedures 
• Coordinate and supervise the maintenance activities performed by technician and contractors
• Formulate and manage routine housekeeping, security, general facilities support activities
• Handle clients’ enquiries, requests and complaints
• Coach and supervise the performance of in-house staff
• Prepare various monthly and management reports and analysis
• Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

Key qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in property related studies or facility management
• At least 5 years’ experience in property / facilities management in sizable organization

Personal skills you excel

• Excellent communication skill and ability to work with people at all levels
• Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability
• Good common of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Familiar with PC operations and MS Office
• Immediate available is an advantage

(Candidates with less experience or qualification will be considered for the post of Facilities Officer)
