What you’ll do 

• Handle day-to-day operations
• Assist in providing quality facilities management services in a commercial site
• Manage good relationship, communicate and handle enquiries & requests in a professional manner
• Liaise with internal and external parties to provide smooth operation in daily management
• Handle service requests and complaints and follow up on progress
• Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

Key qualifications 

• Degree or Higher Diploma holder preferably in Business/ Property / Estate Management or related discipline
• At least 3 years’ experience in facilities management
• Holder of PMP License (Tier 1 or 2) is preferred

Personal skills you excel 

• Experience in managing Grade A commercial properties is a definite advantage
• A team player with good leadership skills and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Remarks: Candidate with less experience could be considered as Facilities Officer
