A typical day in this role:

• Liaise between our clients and the factory on furniture manufacturing process
• To drive forward our projects to ensure on time delivery and to meet the clients’ desired quality standards
• Monitor the manufacturing process to ensure the best outcome can be achieved
• On top of the whole process and the logistics arrangement
• Perform other administrative duties
• Night work or shift is required occasionally
• Travel is required

About you:

• Higher Diploma or above in Product Design, Interior Design or equivalent preferred (not a must)
• At least 3 years' experience in handling millwork or interior fit-out projects
• Hardworking, a team player and capable of meeting tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Coordinator
