A typical day in this role:

• Liaise between our clients, factory on the furniture manufacturing process
• To drive forward our high-end fit-out projects to ensure on time delivery and meet the clients’ desired quality standards
• Monitor the manufacturing process to ensure the best outcome can be achieved
• On top of the whole process and the logistics arrangement
• Perform other administrative duties
• Night work or shift is required occasionally
• Travel is required

About you:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies, Architectural Studies, Interior Design or equivalent preferred (not a must)
• Passion in project coordination, furniture and interior design
• Hardworking, a team player and capable of meeting tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Experienced candidates will be considered as Senior Project Coordinator
