The role is located at F45 Training Quarry Bay or Wong Chuk Hang

As an F45 Studio Manager, you will lead and manage the F45 Wong Chuk Hang or Quarry Bay studio including the recruitment and onboarding of new staff, provide industry leading in studio experience by training and coaching a team of Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors, as well as participate in the required number of classes as a trainer. 

The role will also be responsible for ensuring the studio runs successfully and meets sales and service targets.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the studio:

• Be involved in recruiting and training new coaches and trainers as needed; including regular coach assessments and development plans
• Coach and lead a team of personal trainers and group fitness instructors
• Manage studio operations and support the General Manager as required
• Manage the sales and service process and ensure you meet the studio growth targets
• Be a lead brand advocate of F45 Training and attend seminars and webinars to increase your understanding of F45 Training
• Leading high-quality group training classes to clients on a daily basis; motivating members to exceed their fitness goals
• Ensure that members are using correct form and assisting with modifications as required
• Daily engagement with members with the aim of building the leading fitness community in Hong Kong 
• Completing client fitness appraisals and provide a supportive environment to those new to fitness
• Actively seeking new membership opportunities and conducting referral/lead generation activities
• Completing administration associated with membership in supporting the studio General Manager
• Ensuring the studio is impeccably maintained at all times
• Ensure the successful day to day operations of the studio

Skills and Experience 

• Previous experience as an F45 Coach, Lead Coach or Manager will be well regarded
• Cert III in Fitness / Group Ex (or equivalent) and at least 3 years in the Fitness Industry
• Current Senior First Aid and AED/CPR
• Must be willing to inspire and lead by example
• Must be punctual & reliable
• Outstanding time management and organisational skills
• Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and business partners
• Self-motivated and goal oriented
• Motivated and passionate about the fitness industry
• Excellent attention to detail
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
