The Project Manager will help establish project management guidelines and lead 3-4 assistant project manager/project executives in the organization, take ownership as a project manager in key projects in NMG.

Job Nature: 

• Lead and manage a team of assistant project manager/project executives in 3-4 to deliver multiple projects that follow organization project management standard
• Lead and manage team of IT professionals per key projects, both inhouse and vendors/freelancers to deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget
• Mentor and coach the teams on Agile methodology and Scrum values and process 
• Develop project plans, goals, and budgets, and track project progress against these parameters
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives 
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and escalate issues as needed to senior management
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Ensure quality standards are met and that projects are delivered according to specifications
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to promote productivity and innovation
• Utilize project management tools and software such as Clickup to streamline project processes and enhance efficiency.
• Monitor the effectiveness of project management processes and standard in team for continuously improvements 

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of post qualification experience
• PMP certification is a plus
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role, managing IT projects from start to finish is a plus
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards project success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and senior management
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Clickup, Jira, Trello
• Solid understanding of IT technologies, systems, and processes
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
