Job Nature:  

• Assist sales team to develop proposal based on client’s requirement
• Responsible for full spectrum of day-to-day account servicing duties
• Prepare related documents, including invoices, quotations, contract and daily service tracking
• Assist in issuing the quotation and contract with accuracy and timelines
• Generate regular client reports / Market Share reports for performance analysis
• Assist in any assigned ad hoc projects

Characters / Qualifications:

• Higher Diploma or above
• 3 years working experience, preferably on related job nature
• Good presentation & client servicing skills 
• Good communication skill in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Fresh graduates are welcomed and will be considered as junior role
