About the Role: 

We are seeking a Senior Service Engineer with strong technical background to join our Service & Delivery Team. Supporting Hong Kong and Macao. As a Senior Service Engineer, you will play a critical role of technical support, project management to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Play a role in incident and problem management such as impact assessments, troubleshooting and remediation and prevention. 
• Work as a project manager. Develop implementation plans and ensure project complete on schedule. 
• Engage in project management tasks such as tracking project deliverables timeline and documents preparation.
• Collaborate with service partners to adopt modern technologies, such as AI Platform/HCI/HPC/Liquid Cooling.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by team leader.

Key Requirements: 

• Degree in Computer Science, Information System or IT related majors.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience on x86 and ARM servers such as Dell/H3C/Huawei. Strong in performing technical troubleshooting.
• Solid experience in Windows Server/Linux (Ubuntu/Rocky Linux)
• Knowledge in other infrastructure systems such as virtualization is a plus.
• Good project management and communication skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin is preferred.
