Job Duties:

• Handle daily operation, including post-event operation and manage venues condition
• Deliver quality customer service including but not limited to provide assistance in all events i.e. party, workshop and shooting.
• Follow up and handle inquiries with good communication skill, friendly and polite manner (i.e. Calls, WhatsApp and Email)
• Provide general administrative support for the team
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Manage different booking platform and scheduling  

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Event/ Operation management and Communication, or related disciplines
• 1-2 year of work experience in customer services, operation/event management
• Possessing a Positive Attitude at work
• Good communication skills, self-motivated and willing to learn
• With strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently
• Good telephone manner
• Good common of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediately available is preferred.
• Good in AI or Photoshop will be a bonus 
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
