The Role
The Sales & Business Executive at Easeca will be pivotal in handling our major client accounts and driving the administrative and organizational aspects of our business operations. This role requires a detail-oriented approach to managing tenders, purchase orders, and administrative tasks, while also providing support for project revamps and the preparation of new client requests.
 

Key Responsibilities
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the main liaison for our biggest clients, ensuring all their needs are met with professionalism and punctuality.
• Tender Management: Take charge of the tender process, from preparation and submission to follow-up, ensuring that we meet all requirements and deadlines for our major clients.
• New Client Request Management: Proactively manage requests from new clients, including the development of detailed quotations, project proposals, and initial service arrangements.
• Project Coordination: Support project revamp initiatives, facilitating smooth execution and timely completion of project milestones.
• Exhibition Support: Help in organizing and managing exhibitions, including logistics, materials preparation, and ensuring a strong presence to enhance business development opportunities.
• Documentation and Administration: Oversee the creation and management of critical documents such as purchase orders, tenders, and administrative records.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in business processes for increased efficiency.
 

Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field is preferable. Candidates with DSE, HKCEE, or equivalent qualifications will also be considered.
3-5 years of experience in business coordination, project management, or a related field.
Proficient in Cantonese; good command of reading and writing in English.
Demonstrated expertise in client-facing roles with a solid track record in managing large client accounts and the tender process.
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to fast-paced business environments.
Exhibits strong problem-solving, multi-tasking skills, with a detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
 

Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Ability to create impactful presentations and documents is a plus.
Familiar with SAP for business operations management.
 

Benefits
5-day work week (plus 1 weekend morning shift required per month)
