Fuji Photo Products Co. Ltd. (a subsidiary company of China-Hongkong Photo Products Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 1123)). We are the sole authorized distributor of Fujifilm products in Hong Kong and Macau.  The Group has established an extensive network of importers and distributors in these two markets. Owing to rapid business expansion, we are now looking for a dynamic individual to perform the following duties:

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day operation of the HR functions and duties
• Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
• Provide administrative support to HR team member
• Provide support in the C&B functions, including payroll preparation and staff welfare
• Prepare employment contract and documents to newly hired employees
• Maintain and update personal records of employees in HR system
• Prepare the reports and analysis as required by the management
• Assist in ad hoc duties and assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• 1 year of relevant experience in the retail industry is an advantage
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR-related regulations
• Excellent communication skills and organisational skills
• Capable to work under pressure and prioritize work with excellent time management skill
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (both Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
