Our client “Soul Collection Limited ” is seeking a Project Manager to join their company! 

What you’ll be doing? 

• Report to Department Head, responsible for site supervision, coordination with client and contractor for Building Service installation in construction project.
• Monitor the progress and quality of Building Service works to ensure the works complete timely.
• Attend the official and site meeting and coordinate with client’s representative, architects and sub-contractors
• Prepare and review project correspondences, e-mails and submissions, etc.

Who are they looking for? 

• Bachelor Degree or above in Mechanical / Building services/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 10 years+ working experience with not less than 3 years’ in supervisory or managerial level of E&M experience. Relevant working experience in civil and building construction will be an advantage
• Strong analytical skill and contract acumen
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and Project
• Mature, self-motivated, well-organized, independent and willing to work under pressure;
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English
• Outdoor work is required (e.g. site inspection and supervision)
