Responsibilities:

 

• Assist in execution of exhibitions, events, conferences, shopping mall decorations and promotional campaigns
• Coordinate and prepare all relevant documents related to the concerned programmes and events included in the project.
• Handle logistics, data collections, overall coordination and insurance matters of events.
• Handle communication, logistic and basic setup and move-in for event participants.
• Prepare marketing research and marketing proposal to clients
• Responsible for Media Design Collaboration with internal staffs
• Liaise with both internal and external parties
• Assist in Manager for follow up tasks with marketing team teammates
   

Requirements:

 

• Degree holder or above, preferable in in Marketing, event management, creative any related disciplines
• 2-3 years of working experience in driving event and project management, working experience in agency, exhibition or event company is an advantage.
• Self-motivated and passionate
• Creative, strong marketing sense, organized and responsible
  Strong in communication, negotiating and multi-tasking abilities, time management and interpersonal skill.
• Good team player with excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in spoken and written in English and Cantonese.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Capable of handling ad-hoc tasks
• Willing to work longer hours during event seasons for event coordination, execution and other related discipline.
• Able to work under pressure and minimum supervision
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Event Executive
