Qualifications & experience

• Open minded, flexible, organised
• Good communication skills
• Self-motivated, hard-working and able to work under pressure
• Must have 5 years experience in logistics
• Good negotiation skills and problem solving skills
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Tasks & responsibilities

• Scheduling shipments and planning logistics with Hong Kong teammates and US counterpart
• Get freight quotes for each shipment
• Preparing paperwork for shipments
• Reviewing invoices against all packing lists, as well as BOL's and QC reports before shipment
• Preparing AWB's for all courier shipments
• Checking order paperwork for accuracy and working with US counterpart
• Tracking and updating the status of shipments
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor
