Assistant Manager 助理經理 (Up to 27K高達2.7萬)

• Assist Restaurant Manager to lead service and housekeeping duties協助餐廳經理带领服务和清潔工作
• Ensure excellent service for the best customers experience 確保客戶體驗卓越的服務
• Attention to detail from set up of the restaurant to guest experience從餐廳設置到客人的體驗都注重細節
• Understand the menu well and explain clearly with enthusiasm to all the guests 理解菜單並熱情地向所有客人解釋清楚
• Assist in Stock take協助盤點

Requirement: 要求

• Real Fine dining restaurant or hotel experience is a must 必需要有真實的高級餐廳或酒店經驗
• Michelin starred restaurant or hotel experience is required 米芝蓮星級餐廳或酒店經驗
• Fluent in both Chinese and English 流利中英文
• Responsible, attention to detail, humble and willing to learn 有責任心，細心及虛心願學
• HKID holder is a must 必須是香港身份證持有者
