Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations in store
• Promote and sell products by identifying customers’ needs.
• Build and maintain a good and long-term relationship with customers by delivering excellent customer services
• Follow up on client’s requests. Requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in jewelry or luxury retail industry
• Honest, self-motivated, teamwork and service oriented
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• working on shift is required.

工作職責：
• 負責顧客諮詢、接待，瞭解顧客需求，跟進顧客訂單,專業及有禮地解答顧客的查詢,提供良好的顧客服務
• 隨時整理商品陳列，確保店面環境整潔；
• 做好貨品銷售記錄、盤點等工作 及主管交辦的其他工作任務。
• 協助公司參與展覽會
• 須輪更及於週末工作 任職資格：
• 具備3年以上珠寶奢侈品行業銷售工作經驗；
• 誠實,具備較強的服務意識，積極主動、工作責任心強、儀容整齊端莊，親和力強 及團隊精神
• 普通話、粵語、英文可作為工作語言。
