Responsibilities:

• Handle price setting and checking
• Handle deposit refund to customers and reconciliation of accounting schedules and accounting receivable breakdown of customers
• Check and input data into accounting system
• Prepare journal vouchers and statements, and follow up with Sales departments/ customers
• Prepare account balance schedules and reconciliation
• Verify customer information for credit approval
• Perform ad-hoc requests assigned by the supervisor
• Provide administration support to Finance department

Requirements:

• Knowledge in Accounting or related disciplines with LCC Intermediate
• Minimum 1 year of accounting or related experience
• Knowledge in Epicor and SAP system would be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proactive, detail-minded, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
