Responsibilities:

• Initiate and manage the POSMs, merchandising & POP items
• Work closely with sales & marketing teams for planning, executing and monitoring trade promotions 
• Initiate activations to drive product horizontal and vertical growth
• Provide insights and recommendations for market execution enhancement
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the promotion offers and trade activations through data analysis and regular market visit
• Manage stock forecast according to the promotion plans and sales momentum
• Lead the assigned digital projects in the team
• Provide any ad hoc supports per management requests

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in business, marketing or any related disciplines
• At least 2 years of relevant experiences preferably in FMCG company
• candidate with sales and marketing background would be an advantage
• Proactive, well-organized, and good time management
• Strong in planning, coordination & execution
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and data presentation
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Proficient in Microsoft office & excel
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Executive
• Immediately available is preferred
