Key responsibilities:

Assist the Senior Digital Marketing Officer and Senior CRM Manager in planning and implementation of all of the Company’s digital marketing and CRM services including the following major duties. 

 Major duties: 

1. Assist in planning, organizing and executing digital advertising and marketing programmes on facebook, IG, Xiaohongshu channels that help to build brand awareness and enhance brand image.
2. Supervise and manage external vendors including social media agencies on programme planning, product photography, campaign productions and implementations.
3. Assist in the maintenance and updating of the company’s corporate website and eShop.
4. Assist in planning, organizing and executing CRM programmes that help to build sales.
5. Conduct customer data analytics and provide recommendations to CRM Manager for further marketing activities.
6. Liaise with internal departments in coordinating sales promotion materials, product information, campaign communications, customers’ events and sales promotions related program implementation briefings.
7. Liaise and coordinate with Finance Department in processing suppliers’ invoices and payments.
8. Undertaking other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager, CRM Manager & Department Head.

Requirements: 

1. Degree holder in Business Administration / Marketing / Communication
2. Preferably 1-2 years working experience in digital marketing and/or advertising related field.
3. Proactive, self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented.
4. Good analytical skill.
5. Good presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills with great attention to details.
6. Strong PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AI, Chinese Word Processing and Photoshop.
7. Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua.
