Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Assist the Senior HR & Administration Manager to handle payroll and related reports for the group, financial budget, year-end audit, management reports and other personnel administration. 

 

Major duties:

  • Assist the Senior HR & Administration Manager to ensure the Human Resources practices are in compliance with Group policy and procedures. 
  • Payroll Management - responsible for the whole process of payroll administration and related reports for all staff of subsidiaries within King Fook Jewellery Ltd. to ensure the accuracy and in compliance with statutory requirement. 
  • Financial Budget - Assist Senior HR & Administration Manager to prepare the financial budget for the whole group. 
  • Assist to monitor and keep track on the labour cost expenses versus budget. 
  • Periodically prepare the interim budget and forecast report for Management.
  • Prepare the information for interim and year-end audit including MPF, ORSO scheme audit. 
  • Prepare monthly reports of headcount, salary, commission, and turnover rate.
  • Prepare statistics report on KFJG frontline staff’s annual income, commission and sales performance, KPIs, etc. 
  • Prepare Employment Contract, probation letters and promotion letters. 
  • Follow the termination procedure to conduct exit interview, reference check, Alpha system data entry, final payment. 
  • Handle the injury-on-duty cases in accordance with Employee Compensation Ordinance. 

 

Requirements:

  1. University degree or above major in HR Management or equivalent.

  2. 5 years' related experience.

  3. Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance.

  4.  A good team player with detail-minded and good analytical skills.

  5. Good time management, self-initiative and able to work independently under pressure.

  6. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

  7. Good command of Chinese word processing and proficient PC skills, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  8. Familiar with Alpha system application is an advantage.

  9. Experience less than 3 years may be considered as Human Resources Officer
