Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting operation including data input and filing
• Responsible for AP, AR and petty cash claim
• Handle monthly management accounts on timely basis
• Prepare year end closing and audit schedules
• Prepare bank reconciliation, vouchers and cheques
• Assist to handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with minimum 2 years' relevant experience in Accounting
• Knowledge on Oracle ERP is preferred
• Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Excel and Word, Chinese Typing
• Well-organized, detailed minded and responsible
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk
