Responsibilities:

• Perform and monitor daily settlement operation for different investment portfolios
• Liaise with internal and external fund managers and custodian bank for all investment operation and accounting related aspects
• Handle investment record reconciliation between custodian and support the month end closing in a timely manner
• Perform month-end closing tasks, such as preparing journal vouchers, bank reconciliation, and monthly accounting schedule
• Assist in administration of investment accounting, e.g. coordinate for investment expense payment, investment cash monitoring, investment subscription or account opening
• Participate in ad-hoc project/ tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent, with a relevant professional qualification in Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years relevant solid accounting experience
• Good communication and relationship building skills
• Team player, who encourages collaboration, welcomes challenges to achieve greater results
• Experience working in Life Insurance industry or Big 4 Accounting Firm will be an advantage
• Proficient in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
