Responsibilities

• Rotating roles to perform accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial reporting and invoicing tasks
• To prepare daily journal entries
• To prepare customer settlement records, bank reconciliation statements and response to customers requests
• To assist in daily payment duties and relevant data entry
• To prepare monthly invoicing data entry and checking
• To perform ad hoc assignments as necessary and/or assigned

Requirements

• Diploma holder in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
• 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting field. Fresh graduate in relevant fields will also be considered
• Strong analytical & communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel). 
• Experience in using Kingdee would be an advantage
