The successful candidate will be a strategic and experience IT subject matter expert in driving innovation such as Cybersecurity, Application Development, Infrastructure & System Development, Project Management, Policy & Procedures standards to support business development and growth of the Company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate IT development direction and lead the team to execute various IT projects towards the business goals 
• Formulate short to long term IT strategy and planning to cope with the Organization’s business direction 
• Develop and review IT related policies and guidelines for operational excellence and perform regular review of internal control and risk level
• Expand & re-structure the team as well as perform IT budget planning and effective resources allocation
• Ensure consistency and maintainability of existent infrastructure environments
• Systems Development for supporting new products or services - Implement system enhancements to support business or customer needs and marketing promotions.
• Internal IT requirements and support - Implement internal IT enhancements, support internal business needs
• Availability, stability, security, integrity and efficiency of various IT systems - Manage system developments to maintain high availability, security and performance of various IT systems
• Customers support on technical issues related to domain name systems - Support internal and external customers. Respond to enquiries and production incident reports. Rectify confirmed problem and keep users informed.
• Liaison with local and international bodies on technical issues related to the guidelines, operation and development of Internet domain name systems
• Formulate and review IT management and strategy - Plan IT projects and budget. Support and propose IT solutions and plan. Maintain and develop the InfoSec policy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline 
• 20+ years solid experience in IT function, with 8+ years at a Department Head level 
• Possess one or more professional certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM) is an advantage.
• Solid exposure in overseeing the entire IT Department, with good knowledge in Infrastructure & Network, Programming & Development, Security & Control.  
• System architecture design experience is plus 
• Strong business sense with strategic vision, highly presentable and able to be a well business partner with senior management and relevant stakeholders 
• Responsible, high integrity, high team spirits with excellent leadership skill 
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
