Job Duties:

• Manage and monitor project delivery lifecycle for CWBU design and construction office projects
• Plan, design and implement the digital workplace transformation program to modernize the workplace infrastructure and services in CWBU design and construction offices
• Manage technology partners, vendors and construction contractors to deliver the required services
• Directs technological research on network areas by studying the latest technologies and providing recommendations on network roadmap (E.g. SASE adoption).
• Completes network projects (Capital Work Business Units & ITSD) by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data centers.
• Verifies project application results by conducting impact analysis of technologies implemented.
• Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and backup procedures and information control structures.
• To drive network enhancement projects (E.g. Railway LAN and WiFi Network Upgrade) to minimize unplanned downtime and fast.
• Leverage in-depth technical domain knowledge to drive quick incident resolution and continuous process improvement.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to motivating positive team culture to drive high customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
• At least 8 years of IT relevant experience of which 2+ years in similar capacity
• Technical Management – Advance certification (CCIE, CCNP) in area of Cisco/H3C or Huawei switches and WIFI technology.
• Project Management experience +5 Years to run network related project to large campus network environment.
• Problem solving – have over +5 years’ experience to drive complex network incident troubleshooting to large network environment.
• Good in teamworking, problem solving, communication skill and stakeholder management
