Our client  is seeking a Human Resources Officer (Recruitment Focus + HRBP)  join their company!  

What you’ll be doing? 

• Responsible for the whole recruitment process especially for retail frontline staff 
• Set up effective recruitment channels 
• Provide talent acquisition data analytics reports to management 
• Assist in HR business partnering jobs such as answering queries from staff and preparing documents related to employees movement  
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned 

Who are they looking for? 

• Bachelor degree in HR or other related disciplines 
• At least 2 years’ experience in talent acquisition  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
• Good written and verbal language skills in English and Cantonese  
• Proficient in Word and Excel
