Our client “Hop Lun (HK) Ltd” is seeking a Merchandiser - Lingerie Manufacturing to join their company!  

Hop Lun, founded in 1992, is a leading international fashion company with headquarter situated in Hong Kong. We today have 12 fully owned factories in Bangladesh, China and Indonesia.

They engage in design, development and manufacture of fashion lingerie, swimwear and loungewear.

Other than providing one-on-one ODM service to global retailers, Hop Lun also has their global wholesale and D2C brand operating under the name of "Dorina". The company has sales representative offices in Hong Kong, Austria, Benelux, France, Germany, Sweden, UK and USA in supporting the distribution and business growth.

What you’ll be doing? 

• Handle overseas client meeting and price negotiation
• Build customer relationship and achieve annual sales targets
• Drive for product development with design and sourcing teams on design, raw material, costing, quotation and TNA
• Follow up all aspects with clients, including material sourcing, product development, merchandising, production process, quality and shipment schedules, etc..
• Monitor production and shipment status, closely communicate with customers and the relevant parties for potential problem foreseen to ensure appropriate and timely action is taken
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Who are they looking for? 

• Degree holder in any discipline.
• 3+ years of merchandising experience in garment industry.
• Independent, outgoing, presentable, sales oriented and well-organized
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Strong in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Occasional travelling to China or overseas is required
• Candidate with more experience could be considered as Senior Merchandiser
