Responsibilities:

• Tender execution by monitoring the whole tender process, including but not limited to pre-tender preparation, tender handling, post-tender analysis, contract filing and onboarding;
• Lead, drive and manage the bid process with internal stakeholders (including sales pricing, and offshore tender support teams) to achieve the target results;
• Analyse customers bid requirements and contract terms & conditions. Make cross-functional collaboration and prepare all the necessary information to facilitate sales negotiation with customers;
• Review post-tender nomination results, identify reasons of win/loss and formulate action plan;
• Guide internal stakeholders for contract onboarding to ensure efficient contract implementation;
• Support team lead for the ad-hoc projects as assigned.
   

Requirements:

• Degree holder with a major in shipping or logistics (advantageous);
• Over 5 years' work experience in shipping industry (advantageous); 
• Exposure to tender handling, contract management or sales related functions is preferred;
• Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills;
• Good business acumen and a self-motivated team player;
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Google Applications;
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
