Merchandising Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute Corporate sales & merchandising strategies and plans, execute business projects related activities to meet/exceed customers expectations.
• Responsible for leading and managing full range of sales & merchandising function of the designated team to ensure its daily operation and order fulfilment related activities are carried out in a smooth and timely manner.
• Develop and maintain excellent business relationship with key customers.
• Work closely, establish and maintain partnership relationship with stakeholders, including US Head office, HK local management and related team members, customers and vendors.
• Participate in regular business calls/meetings with US counterparts.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues.  Able to provide effective solutions.
• Assist in product review, showroom preparation for internal trade show.
• Keep abreast of market information.  Perform data analysis and reports for management, when required.
• Guide, develop and coach team members when necessary.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of management experience in sales & merchandising of toys industry.
• Prior experience in International market is preferred.
• Experience in handling licensing brands and products is preferred.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications and ERP systems.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under high work pressure with excellent problem-solving skills. 
• Energetic, self-motivated, pro-active and forward-thinking.
• Detail-minded, well-organized, responsible and a team player.
