Responsibilities:

• Expanding the company’s revenues and profits with new business
• Plan for sales team’s future development and contingencies
• Responsible for setting an example for the team by exemplifying and demanding appropriate conduct, good character and a strong work ethic. Responsible for fostering teamwork and productivity through strong leadership and guidance.
• Recruit qualified candidates to expand the sales team
• Regular meetings with sales team to evaluate their performance and potential and to find out the difficulties they encounter
• Assist sales team in creating solution and pricing strategy and ensure desired results are achieved 

Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience in a freight forwarding sales position and a few year in sales managerial position is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Aggressive, self-driven & result-oriented with good interpersonal skill, able to work under pressure  
• Good communication skill, presentation skill and interpersonal skill
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese (Mandarin will be an advantage)
