Key Responsibility:

• Conduct valuation and due diligence works for different properties 
• Conduct market researches and analyses
• Conduct on-site inspections to the subject properties
• Prepare the pitching materials and service proposals
• Handle the enquiries from clients
• Support the team to grow further

Required Qualification, Skills and Attributes:

• Degree, preferably in real estate
• Solid skills and knowledge in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Energetic, positive, proactive and responsible
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Able to travel out of Hong Kong frequently 
• Good command in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
