Job Responsibilities:

* Assist with daily loan operations and related processes. 

* Support credit risk evaluations for personal and mortgage loans.

* Assist with overall collection activities, tracking and managing legal proceedings.

* Coordinate with various parties, including legal firms, repossession agents, surveyors, debt collectors, and auction houses.

* Support the Department Head in preparing credit risk-related reports and ad hoc assignments.

Target Candidates:

* Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* 2 years of experience in financial institutions or the banking industry is  preferred; 

* Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.

* Skilled in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Chinese Word Processing.

* Ability to analyze complex financial information.

* Strong communication and presentation skills.

* Familiarity with credit analysis and debt collection is a plus.

* Candidates with less experience will also be considered.
