Requirements:

• Certificate in Building Studies (or related disciplines)
• Construction Industry Safety Card holder required
• Technically Competent Person grades T1 qualifications/ Certificate for Safety and Health for Supervisors (Construction) (or related professional qualifications) preferred 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site, of which minimum 2 years in the role of Site Foreman for new building projects
• Proficient in Chinese and familiar in English
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Site Foreman

Responsibilities:

• Prepare work programs according to the overall work progress
• Monitor sub-contractor’s work performance; co-ordinate with sub-contractors and on resource mobilization to ensure all construction procedures can be completed on time
• Supervise record keeping on the site activities, work and material sign-offs
• Handle matters related to site safety, quality assurance, health and environmental management
• Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the management
• Work independently; with experience in supervising a small working team is preferred
