Work Location: Kwai Hing

 

Responsibilities

• Handle general export/import shipments as per standard operation procedures
• Handle customer booking, enquiries & complaints
• Assist in handling cross-trade shipments
• Coordinate with operations and sales departments on shipments and rates respectively
• Maintain effective communication with customers and overseas stations to achieve service excellence

 Requirements

• Form 7 or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework (QF).
• Preferably with 3-4 years relevant experience in logistics industry. 
• Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Good PC operations knowledge, particularly in MS Excel
• Immediate available is an advantage

Remarks: Less experience will be considered as Senior Coordinator
