Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily site visit at clients' offices for cleanliness and hygiene inspections and follow ups;
• Ensure the cleaning services performed by the frontline staff meet company guidelines and client requirements;
•  Work with different parties to handle internal and external inquiries, complaints, and emergency cases;
• Assist to educate and deliver occupational safety and health knowledge to frontline staff;
• Prepare regular reports for management review

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in related disciplines;
• Able to work independently, attentive to details and self-initiative;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues at all levels;
• Good PC knowledge in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
