Responsibilities

• Prepare month end closing sales report for internal and external customers
• Prepare miscellaneous accounting and costing vouchers
• Prepare month end closing reporting packages to holding companies
• Assist senior staff in preparing forecast and budget materials
• Assist senior staff in preparing FP&A related materials for management distribution
• Coordinate with colleagues from other departments regarding costing enquiries

 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or related disciplines
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, report writing, and problem solving skills
• Initiative, self-motivated, independent, willing to work under pressure
• Proficiency in using MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio)
• Knowledge on simple programming (i.e. VBA) is a plus
• Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Travel to PRC and overseas are required
• 2-5 years' relevant experience in financial and management accounting
• Fresh Graduates will be considered as Graduate Trainee (3-year Executive Development Trainee Programme)
