Responsibilities

• Handle full set of operations and settlements of Inter-bank FX and MM transactions and related operational support, administration and reporting.
• Participate in system implementation and projects.
• Supervise subordinates and keep the team operation efficient and effective.
• Input/approve transactions into back-office systems.
• Execute payment and report cash flow of inter-bank transactions to Treasury Division
• Administrate the settlement related activities e.g. AML screening processing, reconcile account posting for transactions, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Banking or related discipline
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Bank’s treasury settlement and operations / 3+ years in supervisory level
• Exposure in participating new product or system development and implementation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill with critical thinking and growth mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / PC applications
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
