Reporting to Senior Manager, Unsecured Lending, you are supposed to meet and/or exceed personal loan acquisition sales and revenue targets by generating new businesses and provide customized solution to meet customer’s financial needs.

Job Duties:

• Conduct outbound calls to existing customers for cross-selling of personal loan products.
• Achieve or exceed the monthly sales volume target.
• Provide professional advice to customers and tailor-make debt consolidation plan to meet customer’s financial needs.
• Perform personal loan confirmation with customers and ensure smooth and quick loan drawdown.
• Handle customer enquiries related to personal loans in a profession manner to ensure high quality customer satisfaction.
• Strictly adhere to the established workflow & procedures to ensure daily operations meet all internal guidelines and external compliance requirements.
• Data input of personal loan application, customer documentation follow-up to ensure speedy application process.

Incumbent Requirements:

• Post-secondary or above with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience preferably in in telemarketing and customer services of personal products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Aggressive, self-motivated and mature with positive attitude.
• A good team player with strong senses of ownership and attention to details.
• Able to work independently and work under pressure.
• Good proficiency in spoken English and Mandarin is preferred.
