Responsibilities:

• Handle art transportation logistics (installation, removal, shipping).
• Pack and crate artwork for storage and transportation.
• Monitor packing materials and procure supplies.
• Receive and store artwork in the warehouse.
• Ensure proper storage and inspect stored artworks for damage or conservation needs regularly.
• Manage climate control systems for artwork preservation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records.
• Contribute to digital cataloguing efforts.
• Collaborate with art handlers and shipping companies.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in storage, inventory management, and logistics operations.
• Familiarity with art handling and the moving industry is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Forklift license (or ready to obtain one).
• Basic computer skills (including Excel).
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Native Cantonese speaker with fair English.
• Immediately available will be an advantage.
