Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Corporate Communications Executive to join our new Marketing team. As a Senior Corporate Communication Executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the hospital's image and reputation, and ensuring effective internal and external communication with various stakeholders. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies to enhance the hospital's brand image and reputation.
  • Manage internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, and email updates, to ensure effective communication within the organization.
  • Manage the liaison with media outlets, journalists, and other external stakeholders to handle media inquiries, press releases, media partnerships and interviews, and crisis communication.
  • Develop and execute effective communication plans for various hospital initiatives, such as preparing printed materials, new service launch ceremonies, press conferences, community and health education events, annual events and charity programmes.
  • Prepare news clipping reports, monitor and analyse media coverage and public sentiment.
  • Manage and organise continuous medical education programmes for medical professionals.
  • Provide communication support for awards applications and arrangement, and other senior management’s initiatives.
  • Align communication efforts for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels and materials.
  • Assist with administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communication, public relations, or a similar role, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful corporate communication strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Strong media relations skills and experience in handling media inquiries and crisis communication.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • A good team-player with good interpersonal skills and resilience under stressful environment.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and understanding of medical terminology is a plus.
  • Available immediately is a plus.
  • Candidates with less experience will also be considered as Corporate Communications Executive.
