 Responsibilities:

• To apply and maintain all environmental related license and permits for construction sites
• To coordinate implementation of environmental and waste management measures
• To support submissions for BEAM Plus, WELL, LEED etc.
• To oversee all environmental matters of the construction sites

 Requirements:

• Degree or above in Environmental Science or related disciplines
• 3-5 years relevant experience in environmental management for construction projects
• Experience in BEAM Plus projects would be an advantage
• BEAM Professional or BEAM Affiliate is preferred
