As part of the Asia IT Back Office Organization, the System administrator will be responsible for deploy, operates, and maintain networks, servers, storages and hardware infrastructure.  He/she will provide 2nd level support to Service Desk team and response to NOC calls.

He/she will also lead IT infrastructure upgrades and coordinates projects from a technology perspective as well as ensure these activities are consistent with the Global Business & IT directive with following responsibilities:

• Responsible for set up of Network and Systems in Hong Kong & Asia Offices
• Supporting & Maintaining Networks, Servers, Storage, hardware and associated software products
• Installation, Configuration and Maintenance of Infrastructure in accordance to the Security Standard and Change Management Policy 
• Provide regular backup to Infrastructure devices, services, and important production data and images.
• Optimal networks and systems performance and systems capacity planning (Capacity Management)
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve critical network and system issues 
• Perform daily system and network monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs

Requirements : 

• 3-4 years of proven experience in IT Operations  & End-User Support environments
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, HP Server and Storage hardware. 
• Strong working knowledge of VMWare  ESXi/vCenter and VEEAM backup
• Strong working knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies 
• Experience with Sniffer software, Structured Cabling documentation standards and diagramming
• Experience with Palo Alto firewall, Juniper, Fortinet and Cisco network devices
• Knowledge of Linux / Open Source tools and applications will be an advantage
• Knowledge of Server Room setup will be an advantage
