Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations, including manpower and cost control
• Manage and lead the team to deliver premium dining services
• Ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and upkeep the hygiene standards
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Review staff development plan for front-line operations to maintain or upgrade service quality
• Formulate and execute training strategies and plans that are aligned with business strategies and organizational objectives
• Assist and make recommendations to management for promotional activities and creative ideas
• Align and cooperate in achieving company business development plan and goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of management in F&B operation, preferably experience in Arabic, Lebanese, Mediterranean, Southeast Asian, or Western restaurants
• Strong knowledge of dining culture
• Good business awareness for achieving successful performance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task and think creatively
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken English and ability to speak Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office
• Immediate available preferred
