MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for developing and maintaining long-term collaborations with insurance companies and insurance agents;
• Handling enquires, and resolving customer problems or complaints;
• Collaborate with other teams to seek business/sales opportunities;
• Arrange briefing sessions/presentations for insurance agencies and prepare presentation deck;
• Introduce the company and promote the company’s service and products to existing and potential customers;
• Conduct market research;
• Assist in handling ad hoc projects assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or other related discipline;
• Minimum 2 years of sales/customer service experience;
• Experience in business development, marketing and partnership management is highly preferred;
• Experience in medical, wellness and insurance fields would be an advantage;
• Be proactive and able to work independently
• Good interpersonal relationship, presentable and have strong communication skills;
• Self-motivated and willing to learn;
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)

* Less experience will be considered as Business Administrative Assistant
