CN Precision Casing (CNPC), a subsidiary of CN Innovations Group, was established in 2005. Our headquarters is situated in Hong Kong. 

With a workforce of over 1,000 employees, we have a team of more than 150 professionals who specialize in project management, design, research and development (R&D), engineering, and quality assurance. Our production facilities are equipped with over 1,500 sets of advanced machinery, showcasing our industry-leading capabilities in metal processing. 

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. 

Your Role:

• Effectively engage with customers from various industries, such as watches, electronics, and automotive, to facilitate successful program launches;
• Lead engineering and production teams in developing customer-specific products based on their requirements and specifications;
• Create and manage work schedules to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of all project deliverables;
• Conduct regular meetings to address technical, quality, cost control, and resource allocation concerns;
• Produce comprehensive project management reports for management, covering areas such as project progress, budget management, resource allocation, and problem resolution.

What we are looking for:

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Degree or above in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Business Administration/ Marketing or related disciplines;
• 5+ years of project management experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred; (less experience will be considered to Assistant Project Manager);
• Familiarity with metal manufacturing;
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and perseverance, willingness to learn and work at a fast pace;
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Working location in Shenzhen.
