Program Details & Career Path

The Management Trainee Program - Store Operation will run for a period of 18-month. During the trainee program, as a Senior Sales Associate you will be able to acquire MUJI product knowledge, learn MUJI philosophy and enhance customer services skills. Also, you will be involved into frontline operation, leadership training and all-rounded on-the-job training.  

Candidate who successfully completed 18-month program with outstanding performance will have the opportunity to promote to an Assistant Store Manager OR Store Manager (annual income up to HK$449,500).

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor graduates with less than 2 years of full-time work experience are welcome to apply for the Management Trainee Program.
• Passion in retail service industry, with positive work attitude and willing to learn.
• Good analytical mind and communication skill.
• Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
