• Manage end-to-end license handling, including applications and renewals with the IA, MPFA, and SFC, while also arranging CPD/CPT course scheduling and overseeing the verification and monitoring of all related documentation.

• Conduct comprehensive application reviews, including routine application forms and client agreements. Perform specific checks across functions and assist in the review of a wider range of contracts and agreements.

• Perform essential AML & KYC compliance duties by conducting thorough checks on clients and meticulously reviewing and verifying all required KYC documentation.

• Manage regulatory guidelines by actively monitoring and interpreting the latest developments, generating detailed reports, and providing clear commentary on changes within the industry.

• Assist in the ongoing update of internal policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with all relevant rules and regulations.

• Handle other compliance matters / ad hoc matters assigned by management.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

• Relevant experience in compliance, licensing, or regulatory affairs.

• Knowledge of IA, MPFA, and SFC regulations are preferred.

• Familiarity with AML and KYC processes.

• Good communication skills (written and verbal in both English and Chinese).

• Responsible, positive, willing to learn, self-motivated, attention to detail and high accuracy.
