TDMall (China) Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tianda Pharmaceuticals Limited (listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, stock code: 00455. HK), held through TDMall (Group) Limited. The company is dedicated to investing in, establishing, operating, and managing traditional Chinese medicine clinics across China, while actively expanding its franchise co-operations. It is a professional investment management company that integrates investment, establishment, operation and development. To support the company’s continued growth and expansion, we are looking to hire experienced individual for the following position:

Executive Vice General Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Organize the formulation and improvement of TDMall's operational management systems and supervise their effective implementation;

• Lead the development and execution of TDMall’s annual business plans and budgets, strive to achieve various business goals and tasks, and promote standardized operations across the group;

• Oversee TDMall brand building, establish and maintain public relations, manage various business risks, and drive the group's steady development;

• Promote the layout and expansion of traditional Chinese medicine clinics, multi-regional development, new product development, marketing, and public welfare activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Business Administration, or any related fields;

• At least 15 years of relevant work experience, with a solid understanding of the traditional Chinese medicine clinic industry and strong industrial network;

• Demonstrates outstanding leadership and execution capabilities, as well as professional integrity;

• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills, and strong team spirit and professional ethics;

• Good command of spoken and written Chinese (both Putonghua and Cantonese) and English.
