Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Diploma graduate

• 2-3 years relevant experience in office administrative support

• Experience in human resources functions would be an advantage

• Previous experience in vehicle license renewal for HK and PRC

• Self-initiative, team player, detail-oriented with pleasant personality

• Well-versed in using MS Office such as Word, Excel, Outlook

• Good command of English and fair in spoken Putonghua

• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Provide support on general office administration and HR operation

• Responsible for office supplies ordering and equipment maintenance

• Handle the company vehicle license renewal for HK and China

• Prepare attendance record and assist in organizing employer activities

• Maintain HR database and perform ad hoc duties as assigned
